You might think I act like a reformed smoker, which I am, but I am really hooked on “Riding for the Brand” as you could tell from our recent cover story. One of the ways to ensure you are getting the best from your people is to be sure they are in the right place. How about adding it as a question on the form you use when you do your employee evaluations this coming year? “Are they positioned in the right job and do they have the right tools to do the job I expect them to do?” Could make all the difference in the world.
